google chrome lagging too much?

I have a dell inspiron 15z ultrabook 3rd gen i5 ,win 8 64 bit, 4 gb ram and 32 gb ssd . high graphics games like far cry 3 works very smooth and without any lag but google chrome 32 bit is lagging too much.has it got something to do with 32 bit and 64 bit ? please give solution . need urgent help.
actually strange but I found only facebook is lagging when I tried on internet explorer also . other sites are working fine.

download latest versions of

google chrome 64bit
adobe flash player 64bit for chrome
Java 64 bit for chrome

install them and enjoy
