Yes, it is.
Now. Screw your head on right and know that everyone is out there to scam you.
This sounds like a Cragslist job ad requiring you to go to that site.
Those are 100% scams.
Stay away from Craiglist for jobs. Far, far, away.

When looking for credit scores, or credit reporting... go straight to the reporting agency

i.e. Equifax, Experian, and Transunion are the top three reporting agencies, but they will cost money for access.

See attached source for access to your annual free credit report brought to you by the government!

Without looking I can say those free report sites are generally trying to suck you in to paying for subscriptions to the big 3 reporting agencies, or one of those credit/banking monitoring services, they might be an affiliate site that earns a finders fee for every recruit.

By law you are already entitled to free credit reports, 1 a year from each of the 3 major agencies, you can stagger them so you get one report every 4 months, You get a report of the information they have collected, but you don't actually get the magical credit score their secret formulas generate.

YES, they are a scam. See their D- BBB page--they purposely make it confusing for the average person to understand their policies:

Same company as http://mywot.com/en/forum/25382-fscore-360-com
