Netflix is not working?
I am using Netflix on my laptop. Up until a while ago Netflix was working fine. Then a few days ago, it suddenly stopped playing any of the videos. It is stuck on a black loading screen. I also noticed that I cannot click on the search bar, or get more information on a movie when mousing over them. It's as if the web page stopped loading. I just reinstalled google chrome and silverlight, cleared cache and browsing history, and even tried other browsers on the laptop but nothing worked. I can load other pages however, just not Netflix. I do not know what is going on...
Did anyone else encounter this problem? Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this? Thanks! Ads |

Uninstall the the Netflix app and re-install it...
make sure to have all your log on info beforehand Ads |
