I'm just brainstorming here, some ideas might sound stupid.

1. Delete your Facebook account and forget about it.
2. Go to the police if you're legitimately being harassed and blackmailed.
3. Sending the money won't guarantee he'll delete the video. Don't send money... the problem won't go away if you do.
4. Report him to Facebook. There's probably something you can do.
5. Hack his account and create mayhem.
6. Befriend a lot of his friends and call him out (if it's a real account).

hide your friends list and every bit of personal information decline and block them so they can't contact you on that account also you should be able to report his account to Facebook . and note down any details form his account In case it continues from other accounts and tell your parents or another adult you can trust.

I am partially agreed with Jimmie. But 1st and 5th are not good for the Asker.

Deleting his/her account is not the alternate option for him/her. If the video reached to anyone's timeline who is very very close to the asker, then the problem will not be soluted.

Hacking anyone's acount is illegal. So don't try that. If you do so there will be no difference between you two.

I recommend you to follow the other steps mentioned by Jimmie.
