How can I improve my website's seo?
The website is http://www.FullContactForum.com and was wondering what I can do to help improve SEO in google and yahoo?

The site is about mixed martial arts and it seems as though it's very competative to move up in search engines.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks

Speaking very generally, improving the experience for your site visitors will improve your SEO. I would add these suggestions to the previous comments.

1. Take a lesson from Google and simplify your home page.

2. Make your site accessible to more people. I don't know anything about your topic and was swamped with unfamiliar names and abbreviations.

3. Add more content and organize the pages well. Put up something that others will want to link to.

4. Figure out what people might be searching on who would want to see your site. Put the more general and competitive terms in your home page and less competitive sub-categories in subsequent pages.

I think that is a lot to work on and will get you on your way. I hope you do well.
