fake fax confirmation?

Is it hard to make a fake fax confirmation page? what information do you need on it? are there any templates for it?

I have never heard of a fake fax confirmation, so don't know of any templates for it........depending on the type of fax machine, whatever criteria has been setup will determine what the confirmation sheet/page will look like.

Of the various fax machines I have used; the info can be the number that it was faxed to, the date/time faxed, number of pages faxed, status(received/error), etc.,
