Defriend him on my facebook?
Mf bf brokeup with me 2 weeks ago. I find myself constantly checking his facebook page. He took off majority of our pictures on his facebook. I still have all the pictures. It hurts whenever I see him tagged somewhere or with activities on his facebook account. Maybe because we used to share a life together with everything and now we are on seperate ways. I cannot imagine one day he posts a picture of his new gf on his facebook page. I want to defriend him to avoid being so upset but I don't have the courage to do it. What to do?
I don't want to defriend him because I don't want to be childish. When we broke up the first time he defriended me. We got back and this time he broke up with me again but he didn't defriend me.
I feel like a loser. Got dumped twice by the same guy.

You answered your own question; defriend him now, and move on.

Just block him so you can't see anything he does at all. I did that with my ex boyfriend it's really not a big deal

Sometimes the best way to start over is to do something drastic like deleting them off Facebook, and while it can't take away the memories at least it lets the inevitable healing process begin faster and take its course. If you don't feel comfortable defriending him then perhaps just don't go to FB for a little while. Have fun, get out of the house, distract yourself with friends and enjoy your life. The memories of your life together will always be there but in the end you have to move on for yourself. I wish you luck!

I can only imagine with your going through and I can understand it as well. It hurts like hell but it seems as if your ex is moving on and I know it's the last thing you wanna hear but it just wasn't meant to be and it's time for you to move on as well. Just delete him from your friend's list and put on some good music you like. Keep your mind off it as long as possible. The first day is always the hardest but eventually you will thank yourself for it. Time is your best friend at this point. Give it time and you'll be alright. It's going to be tough trying not to think about it but you have to do it. There's not really a choice unless you want to be miserable.
