Someone Else is removing their name from my own block list?

My ex gf keeps messaging me nonsense. I've blocked her on fb multiple times but for some reason, her name is removed from the block list. Does she have an app that removes her name from the block list? Or could she simply remove it herself? Or does she somehow logs into my account to remove her own name after I blocked her? I guess my question is: what other ways can someone remove their own name from someone else's block list? Please help. I've been trying to block her but within minutes, she's back messaging me on Facebook.
