no sound on google chrome when playing videos on any website?

no sound on google chrome when playing videos on any website?
when I use google chrome to play videos in any website there is no sound. My audio is fine because I have sound when using the other browsers, I am using windows 7 home prfemuim

Play a video on YouTube, hit volume icon on the lower right corner of your taskbar (near the time), hit the "Mixer" link, check to see if Google Chrome Volume is on.
