ok guys I need your help
I saw the profile of this guy on Facebook whom I don't know and haven't seen him in real life. I wonder how to make friends with him and let him know that I am interested in him.

You two don't know each other so you're not risking anything. Just add him or send him a message explaining why you added him. Don't say that you like him just yet, but that you find him interesting. I've done that a number of times lol. If he accepts, then just get to know him.
Remember, the easiest way to break the ice is to start off by saying "hello" Smile

you Can Send a Message and Say Hello Whats up i Would Avoid Adding him if possible without Sending a Message first Because if Hes Not a Good guy Than it would not be a Good Idea to Have him on your Friend List

you should try yotive.com to see if he is there. It is more appropriate and socially acceptable to approach him on yotive than facebook
