Why does this facebook privacy announcement keep coming up?

EVERY time I try to go into my account settings, it comes up about my settings and I do it all to *everyone, then try go into settings again and the same message comes back up.. why ? any solutions to stop it, its pissing me off lol

1. Follow the link. Do not go into account settings the normal way.

2. Click the [X] to close the announcement.

3. Press "save" in your settings. Don't just set them without saving.

4. Clear your cache and temporary files.

5. Only if nothing above works: Clear your flash temp files. This will require a Google search to figure out how to do.
