How to delete my facebook groups ive joined?

My facebook has told me that ive gone to the limit off joining facebook groups, so i want to start over and have no groups on my account how can i do this? Facebook cant expect me to go around un-joining every group ive joined! Can it?!

As far as I'm concerned, there is no limit for the groups, so I think you are talking about pages. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
