How do you remove all of the Facebook information from my phone contacts for IPhone (IOS6)?

I recently downloaded the IOS6 software for my IPhone 4. When I did, it took ALL of the information from my Facebook friends and put them ALL in my contacts list. I don't want them in my contacts list because now it's hard for me to find the numbers of people I actually want to call. How do I undo this and get my normal contacts back?

Try going to settings and turning off the Facebook option. It did that to me also, just mess around with the settings.
