I keep my bsnl landline just for talking.
TATA INDICOM SUCCKKSSS!
IT has very low speed for surfing , dont think about downloading . i will compare Airtel and TATA for your selection -
COST
TATA-Rs1500 (Unlimited)
Airtel-Rs-498(Unlimited)
SPEED
TATA-Max-153 KBps
Airtel-if you connect using a handset of cost Rs-1500-Rs4000 you will get 230.4 Kbps, Rs 4000 and above will get you 468kbps speed everytime.
DOWNLOADING
TATA- Pain in the ASS !
Airtel - Simple
VERSATILE
Tata- only connected through usb modem.
Airtel-You can surf and download unlimited internet on your cellphone also.

At last say Tata to TATA and use airtel mobile office.
