amazon payments account denied?

i was trying to use mturk so i set everything up, onece i started using it i got kicked out and recieved an email saying

We appreciate your use of Amazon Payments. Unfortunately, we have been unable to confirm your account information. This may be because you failed to respond to our past requests for more information or we could not confirm identity information provided by you.

In either case, we are now required to restrict your Amazon Payments account features.

We apologize for any resulting inconvenience and appreciate your understanding of our need to take this action.

Please sign in to your account and contact us should you have any questions about our need to take this action.

i tried to check my info to make sure it was entered correctly but it said i was restricted from even viewing my info

i sent an email to the people at amazon payments and this is what i got in return

Unfortunately, we have been unable to confirm your account information which is required in order to utilize this service.

We regret we will not be able to allow your account to transact in the future and cannot provide any additional insight into this matter.

Further correspondence regarding the restrictions of your Amazon Payments account may not be answered.

-There's SOME-Thing "Phishy" about THAT Email- cuz I keep getting the SAME One in My Spam file !! I would IGNORE It, & instead- just go DIRECTLY to Your Amazon Account- to make SURE Everything is Alright !! I THINK Someone is trying to STEAL Our Information !! :o
