How do I, using my Facebook page, send a message to another Facebook page?
(a private message), I have messages enabled and so does the other page, why can't I send it

You can type something into your status box at the top (What's on your mind?) then click in the dropdown box "Share" and then click again in drop down box "Share this with" specific people and enter the person's name on the Facebook page. You can also send them a message by visiting their FB page and clicking on the "Message" tab at the top-right.
