Odd Etsy visits from Pakistan?

This has been going on every day for the past two weeks. Every day, I check the geographical stats for my Etsy shop, and every day, besides the usual visits from the US, UK and whatnot, the same thing will appear each time. Three (3) visits from Pakistan. The first time I thought it was normal, but it's happened every day, and it's always the same number. Three. I have no relatives there, and I don't know of any bots there. Can anyone explain this to me or give a suggestion as to what it might be? I know it can't be legitimate visits, it's too consistent to be.
