how do I block my facebook FRIENDS LIST from other people?

I have seen some facebooks where you can't see their friends list. I want to block my friends list from people who are not on it. How can I do this please? THANKS!!
I've seriously looked everywhere in my privacy settings and can't find it!

I think you have to set your account to private.

To hide your friends on your profile page and to the general public, go to your profile and click on the pencil icon at the top right of the Friends box. Then uncheck "Show my friends on my profile".

But it mentions that "Note: Your Friend List is always visible to friends." I went back to "Settings," "Profile Information," and "Preview My Profile" and my friend's list no longer shows up if a person who is not my friend views my profile.
