How long do I need to wait before I am allowed to change my FB name and ID?

It says, I have changed it way too often.
I don't want to ask FB stuff because then I could never change it by myself (there is such a line in the Terms of Use).
really? but how? I can't see an option to choose between the names I have used.. nor have I heard of it before. How can I find it?

no need to wait. it will be instantly changed.

but fb offer only 5 names per facebook account, so after you change 5 times you wont be able to use a new name.
then you have to choose anyone from the previous 5 names which you have used previously.
