I need better wifi?

I need to know if there is a program that I can get on my computer to make the WiFi stronger on my android phone, because the router is on one side of the house and I'm on the other, so my phone doesn't get a good WiFi signal but my computer does.

You should access your router through your browser and look up the power output on it and see if you can turn it up

If you have a desktop computer you can get a wireless AP (Access Point) card to use as a repeater to boost the wireless signal in your room.

Sometimes the best way to fix this problem is change the wireless frequency, or get a wireless repeater. Contact router manufacturer for info on how to access the router interface to change the wireless channel. like change a radio channel.
