Neither Craigslist nor PayPal allow adult-oriented services.

Craigslist will take down your ad and PayPal will freeze your account and keep your money. You need to be using adult-friendly services if you're going to be in the phone sex business.

Try Backpage for your ads and Zombaio for payment processing.
