How to get a celebrity to see your tweet about them?

i drew a picture of a celebrity, and i am hoping they would see it?
how do i tweet it, so that the celebrity sees it?
i am following said celebrity. They are not following me (obviously)
btw, i am very very very new to twiter, like i just got it yesterday
still trying to figure it out.

when you tweet the picture you have to tag them in the tweet

for example put @personsname .. in the tweet and they will get a notification that someone tweeted to them... keep in mind if it is some really famous they probably get a lot of tweets sent to them so you never know if they saw yours, I would try tweeting more then once over a period of time.,

Even better though if by chance the celebrity follows you back you could DM them (direct message them) but they have to be following you.


Another way to ensure it gets seen is to try and get it noticed by others on twitter so that they retweet it and so on, that way it has a better chance of being seen.
