Hire people for friend's new job?

My friend has just gotten a new job as a sales chat person and they base the pay off how many chats he does. Me and friend wanted to help him out his first week. We were wondering if would be ok to hire people to chat with him. Like putting the job on amazon or something where we can pay around $0.05-$0.50 per chat a person does.

that's really great initiation, I think social media marketing would be better way to increase your friends chat business. like you can promote his business in facebook, twitter, linkedin & Google Plus. These social platform are the best in my view to promote and grow your business. I think you can help your friend alot by promoting hi in social networks.
