Hey,
im from turkey and very recently the oppressive and shitty government banned access to youtube and twitter. I have changed my dns to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 but it doesn't work all the time. I need a permanent solution in the form of an application or an Google chrome extension. PLEASE HELP I CANT LIVE WITHOUT YOUTUBE

If they block Youtube, it is their entire IP range that is blocked, and no add-on or application will get around that type of block. However, if you get come commercial VPN service, that can bridge you over to the VPN's country, where Youtube is not blocked.
A VPN is a virtual network that resides somewhere else, in another country. The software you load on your PC connects to that VPN server, and you become a part of their network. Better VPN are paid services... Any Free VPN or proxy are usually too busy, slow, and can possibly be used by hackers.

Please choose any VPN that does not blocked by the country.
