She will just be talking to people on facebook, or on twitter. It wont be anything serious but if you reslly are worried then just ask her what she is going on and im sure she will tell you and you can put your mind at rest. Im sure its nothing serious as every teenager (especially girls) are constanrly on the phone Smile

Least she's not hogging up the house phone like I did when I was a teenager. I.e no mobiles.
All teenagers are addicted to technology.

Im on my phone all day every day, just on Facebook, twitter, instagram, on the phone, texting, im sure she isn't doing anything you disprove of just leave her be! And stop printing her texts out, how would you feel if your parents done that! Let her have her space and privacy and dont be so invading

I am 15 and no disrespect but I really would be very mad at you. First of all, yes you are her mom, BUT 15 year old females need privacy as well as anyone else does. Getting her texts printed out every month goes a little to far. Im almost 16, I have had my smartphone for a while now and if I found out that my mom was getting my texts printed out, that would be the end of it. Your supposed to trust your kids. And if you know she's not sexting or nothing, why continue to print them out. Privacy is ALL I have ever asked for. And your grown, you have been 15 before, you should know. Im definately not trying to tell you how to raise your kid, but I'm just saying, that is wrong on so many levels. All I do on my phone is play games and social networking. Stop worrying so much about it. I would stop suffocating her if I was you. Thats one reason my mom lost me. Just saying.

Girls really like to communicate with others. That's normal. BUT it's also perfectly acceptable for you to set some rules. She should be spending some time with her family - at dinner for example, and time on other activities, including homework, reading, getting exercise. Set some limits on her phone use- set up times of the day, for example, when she has to do other things.

Printing her texts is not ok. My parents r strict but they dont go THAT far. No disrespect but let her be. She is not doing anything inapproprite so y r you so concerned? She is just doing typical teenage stuff. Ik this since i am a teen myself Im 13 years old and i do the same. If you r really scared for her, talk to her face to face.
