Should I wait until I get to know this girl before thinking of messaging or adding her on FB? PLZ ANS?

I work in a chemist doing a training year. my boss owns two shops and today i visited his other shop. I met the other trainee and she was extremely pretty. She introduced herself to me and seemed very nice. We are starting the same training days at the end of October and will probably get to chat to her more then. However I think I have a bit of a crush on her. I know her full name due to people in work talking about her. I would like to chat to her on fb e.g. send her a message but I don't want to be creepy or seem like a stalker. any ideas? I am such an impatient person, I literally only met her for like a minute and had to rush out. Should i message her on fb tonight or is that weird?

message her and talk about how yu both work together and how you both have something in common, and then tell her you think she is cute and you'd like to get to no her. or ask if she wants to meet for a drink somewhen

I wouldn't message her just yet. If possible, I suggest talking to her a bit more, and then suggesting that you should make plans over the weekend via facebook or whatever, casually bring up adding her facebook. Or suggest that she add you. If you just go on and message her on FB you'll seem a little weird. I hope this helped!
