Whenever I walk by she fixes her hair...She usually glances at me...I think her friends look at me...I found her instagram and followed her...She didn't follow me back...1-3 weeks later she posted a picture making it obvious that she wants a boyfriend and commented "Please..."...Now you probably think I'm a professional pussy destroyer....So what do you think?

Hmmm... to me the whole "please" thing seems a little desperate, but i think its a sign!
It definitely looks like she likes you! I'm a girl, and I know that a girl will fix her hair in front of someone she likes.
Also, maybe she didn't follow you back cuz either she's playing hard to get or she didn't see you follow her idk about that part.
