Weebly vs Spacesquare for blogging?

i know how to design web for stretch with HTML and CSS obviously. But here's the case. i want to build a blogging site fast...i mean really fast. i tried blogging with pure css and html coding all on my own....its not efficient. i mean, its slow to publish. i know wordpress is good for blogging, i just don't have the time to learn from basic. i have my business to manage.

Lets get back to the main topic....Weebly vs Spacesquare, which one is better for blogging? as well as SEO. Which one will consume less time to manage and get my words publish? in the end, we all only have 24hours a day. get the picture?
