Is is illegal to make a Group on Facebook to advertise someone product?
Because i make a Group for andysautosport on Facebook and i was wandering since I'm not the owner of the website if i can do that.

If you're not the official owner of the web site, you can still create a group. Just make it clear that you're not affiliated with them. If you look like you're trying to impersonate them, you're still going to face a chance of getting shut down.

It may be illegal because you're misrepresenting owner of that product. Only someone with the authorization from the company can represent it. Also, when Facebook realizes your page is not legitimately from the company, they will delete it, along with your personal account.
