Is back linking legal?
Hi friends!!!
I want to open a site which provides free stuff online. free isons games etc all i will be doing is that i would create a post and provide a backlink to the original site.

for example if i am writing about a free baseball game i would give two links to the owner of the game . one would be on download link and other in the picture.

My friend said google has strict conditions for backlinking and will ban my site. He says google is partial for indian blogsand will ban the site if indian start Is it true??? is back linking legal???

Nothing wrong with links, but if your blog is 100% links, 0% content, it's a link farm, it's not going to rank high, and it actually harms the think you're linking to in the process a bit. And if India is known as a place where lots of link farms are, it'll not be positive for you either.

Google really has the problem with Paid dofollow links. So as long as you're just writing a review of your own and linking to sites then there should be no prob. But if someone is paying you to write a review for them and you do not put the nofollow tag on the links back to their site, then this may become a problem if Google finds out.
