How do I change my auto saved personal info on Google Chrome?

Let me elaborate.
When I go to purchase an item, you know how they ask for your name, phone number, address, city and what not. Well, when I go to purchase stuff all I have to do is type in my name and everything else is filled with my info. But I moved and I always have to change the info that automatically adds itself when I check out.

Is there anyway to change that info? It sort of just happened after I started buying stuff online and I'd like to have that feature... It makes things alot easier and quicker but with the right info.

Click "Chrome Button" > "History" > Clear Browsing data > Click "Autofill Form data" > Clear Browsing data.
