Now we are thinking to get married but problem is we dont know where to start off I.e procedures that we should follow...

What are rules we should follow if she is getting married in Indian tradition..kindly help me guys...

If you do not even know her marriage traditions, you need to find out ALOT more about her before getting married. What about child-rearing? Where will you live? ASK her these things, instead of getting them secondhand...

Discuss with her about indian tradition everyday. And prepare her to
follow indian tradition like wearing saree or for other things before

I don't think her parents are ok with it since I know Malaysian culture deeply. Unless she is an Indian Malaysian, it should not be much conflict. However, if she is a Malay Malaysian, you won't stand a chance to marry her.

You will have to marry under Foreign Nationals Marriage Act 1969. For that, you will need a letter from her embassy that they have no objection in her getting married to a foreigner. You will also need to put an ad in two prominent newspapers in your country and her country stating your intention to marry her.

Once that done, you can figure out the ceremony and traditions.
