It can't be removed on the Chrome extension page; says that it is installed by "enterprise policy" and cannot be removed.
Thanks Rachael but it won't uninstall. I get an error message that it says that it has been uninstalled which obviously is not the case. I welcome any other suggestion that you might have.

Hello. I would like to give you some advise. You can try this solution: 1) click Start> Control Panel>Programs and Features> search for Png2Image and uninstall it 2) clear the history of the hacked browser 3) search for related files on C drive and remove all of them . Good luck!

Boot your computer into safe mode; run your Google Chrome, click the Chrome menu button on the browser toolbar, select Tools and then click on Extensions. Here, look for the Png2ImaGe toolbar or other unknown extension in the list; and remove them by clicking on the Recycle Bin. Wish this help you!
