I do not think so but the best source for that stuff is Matt Cutts, Googles head of Search. Go to http://www.youtube.com/user/GoogleWebmasterHelp and listen to Matts short videos. I'm sure he has discussed your question in the last few months.

No..only do one thing.the two languages you used,post that content on that language website like if the content is Italian then use .it site , then it will get very good rank.
