What's a good tech forum that actually answers the questions?

Does anyone know any good tech forums where moderators actually answer the question?

I just tried Tom's Hardware Forum and the moderator didn't even read my question. He just kept saying buy Windows 8.

The admin & mods have answered alot of my questions. although no matter how good a tech forum is people are busy at times so a reply might be fast and other times not so much.
