Social media desktop widget?

Hi

I have a MAC Book Pro and Im looking for a desktop app that can be used to update social media websites things like twitter, google+, facebook, tumblr, pintrest etc

That runs in the background on the icon bar at the top and I can update a social media website at anytime I want.

If it also has a phone app also that would be great.
