explorer 11 problems?

Right now I am using Mozilla firefox works great. But I have a friend who has explorer 11 on his pc downloaded yesterday. He refuses to use firefox, i don't know why. He cant get his theme on my yahoo unless it is solid color only and some of yahoo home page is not working like the little windows you click on for stories. I went to compatibility view and took yahoo off everything will work but the theme on my yahoo is still a problem. put yahoo back on comp view you can change theme but still little windows on yahoo home page doesn't work again, Any ideas? reinstall explorer 11 and how or goto explorer 10 again and how do?
I did a restore back to explorer 10 everything fine noe

I would be surprised if Explorer didn't had a problem!

If you want to go back to explorer 10 do a system restore.
