I need to email some attractions to get some information to help me with my website. I've written an email (I haven't sent it yet, I've just saved it as a draft until I'm sure there are no errors in it).

The email I've written is below. Where I've put (attraction), is where I'll be putting the attraction name.

[start of email]

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am currently working on a new website for Leeds, which will give people information about the different attractions in the city. I would like to include the (attraction) on my website and would like some help regarding which facilities are available at this attraction.

The facilities I am interested in are:
• Café
• Cash machines
• Disabled access
• Gift shop
• Induction loop
• Onsite parking
• Toilets

Could you let me know which of these facilities are available at the (attraction), and also any other facilities which may be useful to list on my website please?

Thank you for any help.

Yours faithfully

Daniel Abbott

Am I correct using 'Yours faithfully', and then putting my name two lines below that at the end of my email?

Where you said "Could you let me know which of these facilities are available at the (attraction), and also any other facilities which may be useful to list on my website please," I would change it to 'Could you please' or if the matter is not urgent, maybe add When you get a chance. Other than that, add a comma after 'Yours faithfully' and you're good!
