How can I burn pictures from my mobile phone to the hard drive of my PC or laptop?

I want to clear some space on my phone, and also create a Facebook album called something like 'randoms' or 'mobile phone uploads.'

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace with Android technology.

install samsung keys and connect your phone via usb cable and copy files.......... else move all data to a sd card from your phone memory.. and use a crad reader and copy data to pc good luck... !
