I have sword press site and I connected it with webmaster tools google I thought that was meant to put your new post on google search engine but when I posted a new one I searched on google and it wernt on there ps I have seo insalled

What do you mean you have seo installed? Dude, you have to get quality SEO or else its a waste of time lol...

where do you get you seo from? dont they have support? some sites offer support with their seo. the site the other guy said is legit and i think they give you free support on their website so check it out
