GPS for cellphone without internet connection?

Do anyone know a GPS software for be used on a cellphone (symbian) but who doesn´t require internet connection?. (Just a car GPS does)

The only way you can use GPS software without Phone Data Plan if your phone has a Wi-Fi capability, you can connect to a Wi-Fi network. However, this will not work if you want it to work like a car GPS when you are in motion, due to the fact that when you are out of range from the Wi-Fi network, you connection will be dropped. Your phone needs to know your location in order for GPS to work, and location spotting is only provided by a constantly working Internet Connection.
