Why is Titanfall( PC) twitching one in a while during gameplay?

While playing Titanfall everyone and everything twitches skips around and goes back to normal. It does this once in a while the internet connection works just fine in between these happenings and I have a strong enough computer, so does any one have any ideas what could be wrong?

It's probably just latency spikes, a very common thing. Could either be on your end, or on the server end. Next time you play, ask someone if the same thing is happening to them.
