Friends are cool I guess, but there's nothing wrong with not having a lot.

having few friends isnt bad at all, I only have afew myself but they are amazing so if you friends are great then there really is no need for more. remember it is more important to have one meaningful friendship over alot of multiple shallow ones

Wow, I'm having a similar situation. I'm 19 and just moved to a new state and I can't help but feel a bit depressed when I'm on facebook... I tend to stick to myself so as to be expected I don't have many facebook friends. But the friends I have have thousands of friends on their page. I think it's okay to not have many friends if it's something you chose freely (not held back by social awkwardness etc). I want to branch out and meet new people, start over, so I think I'm just going to stay off facebook for a month and see where I am a month from now. I may even just deactivate it.

Be advised :
" Always take note of how a person speaks to you about other people ..... This is how they will speak about you behind your back . "

Let the refining and improvement of your own life keep you so busy that you have little time to criticize others.

An insincere and evil friend is more to be feared than a wild beast;
Because a wild beast may wound your body, but an evil friend will wound your heart.
So, it is ok ..... not to have a lot of friends.
Be judicious in making friends.

As you go through your journey in life, you realize that it is less important to have lot of friends and more important to have real ones.

Real friends are those who cares without hesitation,
Who remembers you without limitations,
Who are trustful without suspicion and who loves even without communication. (Justice Cabral )
