How to make your facebook pictures available for anyone to 'like/comment'?
i have my photos set to 'public' privacy setting, yet it only lets people who aren't my friends 'share' the photo, not 'like/comment' on it. how can i change this?

When u set to PUBLIC as privacy settings then it is for all. Everyone can view/share/comment.
When u Upload pic means its for your friends to like/comment. Even if people are not in your friends list can SHARE those photos with PUBLIC privacy settings. And when they SHARE, they can COMMENT as well.
May be those people are unaware of it or thinking of asking Questions in Yahoo answers. lol
