How can I schedule my internet broadband connection to start at any specific time?

Because a broadband connection is always on, you can actually disable the connection using your broadband modem if it has a standby button on it. If your trying to stop the certian users at certain time you can use secuirt software like Mcaffee privacy service which contains time management for the internet connection.
