Some questions about selling on eBay?

I'm thinking to sell my used ps3 game on eBay.I wanted to ask a few questions from people who have already used ebay
1.what if the buyer lies that he didn't receive the game
2.will I get paid before or after delivering the item
3(if after)how will ebay get to know that the item is delivered
4 is selling safe
ps-I live in India
plus-does ebay charge any fee for selling

1. That happens quite often but as long as you can prove you shipped it with a tracking number, you wont lose the dispute.
2. You get the money before you ship anything and wait until the money is credited to your Paypal account.
3. The tracking number will tell you when item is delivered.
4. Selling is a risk as long as you dont sell to anyone with 0 feedback, and dont sell to anyone in certain countries with bad mail service or political problems. Indicate on the listing and in your Selling Preferences which countries you do not ship to and that people with less than ------ feedback should not bid.
5. 9% of the total if you sell plus 3% Paypal fee when you get paid if you are using Paypal.
