Facebook Error message "Could not post to Wall The message could not be posted to this Wall"?

I created a group on linkedin network and whenever I try to share it on my facebook using the SHARE GROUP link on the groups page , it opens a new page (https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php) and I get a textbox to write my message and an option to select where to post my message , and I chose MY TIMELINE choice but I keep getting the same message I tried to reboot, set the privacy settings to the least private level but all in vain , please some help

Dear. just login into your Linked-in account and copy Url from top bar and paste on facebook and that will easily done. If still facing problem then change privacy settings of wall.
