MacBook Air or MacBook Pro?
I have asked this question many times. I have received many different answers but none of them tell me which one is better for my needs.

I will use this for travelling every weekend & during school breaks. I need it for editing YouTube Videos, surfing the internet, and just watching DVDS. (If I buy a MacBook Air I will buy the USB SuperDrive)

Also before you tell me to buy a regular computer. I don't want one. I've owned many and they don't help me in anyway at all.

I will be using Final Cut Pro to edit & google chrome for the internet browser.

Also, want " would be better to suit my needs?

you need a usb super drive for both (unless your buying an older version of the pro). if you are buying it for Final cut pro you want one with at least a quad-core processor and 8GB of ram as that is quite a cpu intensive program. the retina display would be best for HD editing as well with the higher screen resolution.

the new retina macbook pro's will be much better and are just as thin as the thicker end of the Air so really good for travelling.
