Can someone guide me how to find the real person behind a photo.?

I need a genuine and not complicated way to help me find the real person behind a photo. I found the person on multitude sites but using different names. I am being a bit of a scam baiter......but right now, due to important development, I NEED to find the guy on the picture.

I've tried google image search, but the return is that scammers are using these pictures.But as I mentioned, because of IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENTS, I need to find the real person.
