If its Temporary Blocked To Unblock it You Have to Follow the Instructions it Tells you To Do When you Login

If you a/c is Temporary Blocked then verify your a/c with your phone number. It will open and if not then contact to its customer support.

Don't worry dear, if your account is temporary blocked so just try to login and then follow some easy steps.
So that if you done all these steps correct then your account unblock very soon.
